Dining at Illinois State

Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality (EMDH) is one of twelve departments within the Division of Student Affairs and the largest university department, with roughly 1,300 employees. EMDH oversees dining on campus, including Marketplace at Linkins and Watterson Dining Commons, as well as retail dining venues located in the Bone Student Center and throughout campus.

Mission

EMDH provides safe and inclusive gathering spaces, high quality dining options, and customized event services to enrich student and visitor experiences.
